What does the library count include?
The count is the number of products in the Visuals collection, not the number of individual video files. Some products are multi-loop packs. The collection also includes resources that are free without a membership.
Which resolutions and software can I use?
Available resolutions are listed on each product. Many visuals offer both 1080p and 4K; some are 1080p only. Check the product’s file details against your presentation software before choosing a version.
Will I get the new releases too?
Yes. At least two new visuals are added each month. Products added to the Visuals collection are included while your membership is active.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Your plan renews monthly or annually until cancelled. Open Manage membership to view your subscription and cancellation options. For help with billing or your access end date, contact us.

You can keep using the files you downloaded while your membership was active. An active membership is needed to claim more included visuals. Save your downloaded files locally; contact us if you need help with an older download.
Are lyric videos included?
No. This membership covers the Visuals collection: backgrounds, loops, countdowns and visual packs. Lyric videos are sold separately.
