Talesoft Digital sells digital products only, unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

1. No physical shipping

Most products sold through this store are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

• an email containing access or download details;
• a separate delivery link where file size or packaging requires it.

3. Delivery timing

Delivery is usually immediate or near-immediate, but in some cases there may be a short delay.

If you have not received your product within 2 hours of purchase, please:

Where that applies, access details will be included in your order delivery or download instructions.

6. Incorrect email details

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase once ownership of the order is confirmed.
